Introduction

Welcome to Everyday Emotional Health Sessions, a form of hypnotherapy designed to address some of the most common emotional challenges we face in our daily lives.

I use a holistic approach to therapy, recognising that emotional struggles are often interconnected. I understand that it's not uncommon for one issue to merge into another, and my goal is to help you make positive changes to unwanted and unhelpful feelings.

Through hypnotherapy, I help you relax and access your subconscious mind, where negative thought patterns and behaviours can be identified and replaced with positive ones. The result is a more positive outlook, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and increased confidence and self-esteem.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep problems, phobias, low confidence, or self-esteem, I can help. I work collaboratively with you to set realistic and achievable goals, tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs.

What can these sessions help with?

Everyday Emotional Health sessions can be booked for any and all of the below. The list is by no means exhaustive, if there is a problem not listed here which you would like to address, please get in touch.

Anxiety & Stress

  • Persistent or intense feelings of worry, nervousness or fear.
  • Symptoms can include: racing thoughts, unable to relax, rest and sleep, trouble concentrating and depression.
  • Becomes problematic when the anxious feelings become difficult to control.

I use hypnosis to reduce levels of anxiety and stress. You will practice accepting and managing these feelings when they arise.

Sleep

  • Insomnia occurs when you regularly have trouble falling and/or staying asleep.
  • If sleep becomes a consistent problem it can affect other aspects of life.
  • Symptoms can include: anxiety, racing thoughts, unable to relax and rest, trouble concentrating and depression.

I provide practical advice and uses hypnosis to reframe unhelpful thoughts and feelings surrounding sleep.

Phobias

  • An intense, sometimes debilitating fear of a specific stimulus.
  • Commonly associated with heights and spiders, a phobia can in fact be triggered by anything.
  • Symptoms can include: panic, anxiety, nausea, shaking and an increased heart rate.

I use hypnosis to reprogram the automatic feelings triggered by the phobia, from fear and panic to comfort and control.

Confidence & Self-esteem

  • Limiting self-beliefs and feeling negative and critical about oneself.
  • If low feelings about ourselves become persistent, it can prevent you from enjoying opportunities in life.
  • Symptoms can include: nervousness, anxiety, low mood and depressive thoughts.

I can help you to turn negative self-beliefs around and gain confidence and self-assurance in any situation.

Pricing & Payment

At Mindscape Hypnotherapy, booking and payment is simple and convenient. Secure your appointment at the time of booking by paying 50% of the session fee. On the day of the session, pay the remainder of the fee in-person using a debit/credit card or mobile payment.

How many sessions are required?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to hypnotherapy. It is very much dependant on the individual and the issues that are being dealt with. Some clients see dramatic changes in just a few sessions, while others may need more. Progress is assessed regularly, but the decision to continue a course of therapy is led by you.

Below is an example of the sessions booked by a client who wanted to address anxious feelings. Each session includes a brief description to help you understand what was accomplished during the client's therapeutic journey.

Face-to-face Session with Christopher

I hold sessions in a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment. You can be assured that all discussions and recorded information are kept strictly confidential.

Audio Recording of the Session

Each session is recorded to a high standard to allow you to enjoy and continue therapy in the comfort of your home. It also improves the effectiveness of the session as it can result in providing long-term changes.

Access to the Members' Area

Within one working day after booking your session, you will be given access to a secure Members' Area page. Here you will be able to see the date and time of your session, download a pre-audio recording, send Christopher a message, and much more.

Easy Booking & Payment

Online bookings are made quickly and easily, with available dates and times displayed. To cancel a session, use the booking platform or send a message to Christopher at least two days before your session date.

Customer Care

You will experience dedicated customer care before a booking and following the conclusion of a session. If you have a question or query, you can expect an answer within two working days. Priority contact is available to all members with responses usually within one working day.
