Everyday Emotional Health Sessions have been designed to help with some of the most common emotional conditions that we experience in life. Christopher uses hypnotherapy to relax clients and assist in making positive changes to unwanted and unhelpful feelings. His approach to therapy is holistic as it is not unusual for one issue to merge into another. For example, a person dealing with anxiety may also experience problems sleeping.
Everyday Emotional Health sessions can be booked for any and all of the below. The list is by no means exhaustive, if there is a problem not listed here which you would like to address, please get in touch.

An Everyday Emotional Health Session is hypnotherapy that has been designed to capture the most common emotional issues or obstacles that all of us face at some point in our lives, specifically, anxiety, stress, sleep, phobias, confidence and self-esteem.
The sessions are reflective of the fact that usually one particular issue can merge with many others. For example, a person presenting with insomnia, may also require help with managing anxiety, stress and low-self esteem. This holistic approach to hypnotherapy has provided long-term changes for many of Christopher's clients.
Everyday Emotional Health Sessions are focused on treating anxiety, stress, sleep, phobias, confidence and self-esteem. If there is something not listed that you think hypnotherapy could help with, please send a message to Christopher before you make a booking.
A single Everyday Emotional Health Session usually lasts somewhere between one hour to one hour and thirty minutes.
This is a difficult question to answer as everybody is different. Christopher gives recommendations if further sessions are needed, but the decision to continue therapy is left to the judgement of the client. Generally, hypnotherapy is a short-term solution compared to other talking therapies that can be prolonged for many months, if not years.
You can see an example of a client's session journey on this page here.
It would be unethical to guarantee a cure for a particular problem. Hypnotherapy can provide incredible results, but sometimes retraining the mind after years of conditioning does not always happen immediately. Successful therapy is a collaboration between the client and the therapist. Work on both sides must be mutual, and a desire for change is a requirement.
When you book a session, you will agree on a set of realistic and achievable goals with Christopher.
Christopher is not medically trained to advise on the medications a client should be taking. It is strongly recommend that clients who have a prescription that may interfere with therapy in any way, consults their GP before booking a session.
